Spartan Field Services offers a variety of welding services such as: mig, tig, and arc welding on carbon, stainless, or chrome alloys. We can fabricate custom projects from pipe to structural: custom skid-mounted launchers and receivers to fabricated spools per customer drawings. We even offer onsite consulting services with the following available options: design, installation, job books, ISOs, P&IDs, and CAD.
Regardless of the size, complexity, or location of a project, hot tapping and plugging (HT&P) is the preferred method for performing maintenance, repairs, or modification work that requires making safe entry into a live, pressurized line. This technology also makes it possible for pipeline owners and operators to isolate and bypass sections of pipeline so they can complete their projects without shutting down the system or losing product. Spartan Field Services provides in-service welding to prepare lines for modifications and to repair damage. Operators have the assurance that all job requirements will be met by tested, qualified, and experienced welders, and that welding on the lines will be according to code. We also have alternative options such line stops or freezes.
Spartan Field Services provides the following services: civil concrete, launchers and receivers, well hookups, flow lines, compressors, maintenance, general roustabout, mig, tig and arc welding. Facility construction and expansions: compressor stations, gathering facilities, terminals, and SWDs, and commissioning of these systems.
We offer expertise in industrial & pipeline services for clients in the oil & gas, energy, and manufacturing industries: steel mills, ethanol facilities, nuclear and natural gas power plants, refineries, high-rise structures, municipalities, fabrication, maintenance, and production facilities.
We also offer a multitude of additional services. Procurement of materials, equipment, and transport. Foundational services such as fabricating rebar cages and mats, forms, pouring and finishing concrete, grout, regrade work, sono tubes, helicals, electrical grounding, and bolt torquing with torque sheets upon request.
We can efficiently prepare the surface and apply coatings with one rig: pipe, spools, pipelines, compressor stations, wellheads, tanks/towers, and vessels. We work closely with corrosion engineers to apply numerous coatings for atmospheric and immersion protection.
Hydrostatic testing is the most proven and trusted method for testing pipelines for integrity, strength and leaks. During the HPP test, the pipe is filled with a liquid, usually water, and pressurized to the specified test pressure to find any leaks or changes to the pump’s shape. Sometimes the liquid is also dyed to help detect any leaks. For added confidence and security, the test pressure is always considerably higher than the operating pressure.
